Welcome to Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences in Lillehammer located in beautiful surroundings in central eastern Norway


Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences (INN University), Campus Lillehammer, is situated just outside the city of Lillehammer and has approximately 5000 students and an academic and administrative staff of 380 employees, making it the largest campus in the brand new higher education institution in central-eastern Norway.

From 1 January 2017 INN University will operate on six campuses in south-eastern Norway: Lillehammer, Hamar, Blæstad, Elverum, Rena and Evenstad and will have approximately 13 000 students and 952 employees.

In Lillehammer you can study in a peaceful and safe environment and participate in a wide range of leisure activities.

Lillehammer is known for the Winter Olympics in 1994 and Youth Olympic Winter games in 2016, different winter and summer sports events, recreation facilities as well as cultural events. 

The olympic games provided the region with unique winter sports facilities and arenas such as: Håkonshall indoor sports arena, ski-jumping arena, ski-stadium for cross country skiing, Kanthaugen Freestyle Arena, Lillehammer Olympic Bobsleigh and Luge Track and the world famous downhill ski arenas, Hafjell and Kvitfjell.

Lillehammer hosted Winter Youth Olympic Games in February 2016.
